Jared Glazier is the Founder and Managing Director of Aventum Search. Known to support executive management and boards with technical recruitment across both search and contingency hiring strategies, bolt-on acquisitions and joint venture arrangements, and all types of technical hiring. Clients include institutional investors, asset managers and litigation funds,  as well as leading law firms and legal service providers. 

Jared is well known for placing experienced qualified lawyers and investment finance professionals across the U.S, Canada, U.K, and Europe.

Previous experience in-house as Head of Recruitment for an International Asset Manager based in Central London. With prior experience as an Equity Director and Head of Private Practice for another highly rated international legal agency.
