Stanley Marginson

Stanley is a Senior Consultant with Aventum Search, specialising in private practice legal recruitment, working with premium law firms and lawyers across the UK and US markets, predominantly in the London legal market.

His focus is on advising law firms on lateral hiring, from associate through to partner level, with a particular emphasis on identifying and approaching high-quality talent that fits both the practice and the wider strategy of the firm.

Stanley takes a relationship-led approach to recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates throughout the process and providing honest, market-informed advice at every stage. Having previously worked with two top international law firms, Stanley has developed a strong network across the legal sector. He’s particularly focused on delivering discreet, targeted searches and building long-term relationships with lawyers and law firms alike.
