With a background in legal recruitment dating back to 2010, Vanessa brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her role as Operations Associate. She supports the Managing Director and wider team across a range of administrative and operational projects, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business. Known for her attention to detail and calm, solutions-focused approach, she is a key point of support across the firm.

Outside of work, Vanessa is passionate about holistic wellbeing and spends her time practicing yoga and meditation.
